Refund & Exchange Policy

At RAJMAHAL Superfoods, we do not accept returns on any products once delivered.

We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, leaking, or if the wrong item has been delivered.

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order along with proper unboxing proof and order details.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all food and edible oil items are non-returnable.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used products

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if an exchange is not possible for a damaged or incorrect product. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
